Pixelverse, a thrilling quest-based battler game, spearheaded by former StepApp CEO Kirill Volgin, is set to make its debut on Raiser.co in April.
The game’s launch coincides with the alpha release of Pixelverse Playground, representing the platform’s second project rollout.
Situated in the futuristic cyberpunk realm of Xenon, Pixelverse promises players engaging narrative quests, intense player versus environment (PvE) battles, and the opportunity to acquire valuable NFT items. Additionally, players can train their unique ‘bots’ for competitive arena clashes.
In Pixelverse’s immersive universe, players assume the role of freelancers entrusted with procuring rare items to craft and upgrade bots for dominance in the arena. Utilizing Pixelchain and the Pixelverse SDK, all in-game assets are securely stored on-chain as NFTs, ensuring seamless transactions and compatibility with third-party products.
Adding an extra competitive dimension, Pixelverse introduces the ‘Risk to Earn’ model, enabling players to stake tokens on their performance, with victorious participants claiming all rewards.
Led by founder and CEO Kirill Volgin, Pixelverse aims to revolutionize Web3 Gaming, building on the success of StepApp, which generated a staggering $3.85 billion in volume. Volgin expressed his excitement about Pixelverse’s upcoming launch, stating, “This marks a new milestone for me. Drawing from the success of StepApp, we’re venturing into uncharted territory with Pixelverse, backed by an expert team steeped in web3 and gaming expertise.
“Raiser.co serves as the launchpad for Pixelverse, established by Kori Leon, a former Binance listing manager. With its Fair Community Offering (FCO) sales mechanic, Raiser.co rewards users for promoting crypto projects, making it an ideal platform for launching innovative ventures like Pixelverse.
Joining Pixelverse as Chief Marketing Officer is Mahamadou Cissé, leveraging his extensive experience from his tenure as strategy director at Cross The Ages. Cissé played a pivotal role in the success of the NFT card game, securing backing from 60 VC firms and partnering with industry giants like Ubisoft.
As the Pixelverse launch draws nearer, the team anticipates delivering an inclusive gaming experience for all, welcoming both seasoned Web3 users and newcomers to the gaming world. Volgin emphasized, “We’re excited to create a game that caters to everyone, regardless of their familiarity with Web3. Raiser’s Fair Community Offering aligns perfectly with our strategy to engage with new users and enthusiasts.”
