A new coin, named $DADDY, was launched on the Solana blockchain. Initially, it was introduced on the instant coin creator platform, Pump Fun. After some time, Andrew Tate posted on his X account, “Heard about a coin called Mother, so now I’m supporting a coin called $DADDY to flip it for the patriarchy.”
The coin started skyrocketing. Unlike other meme coins, $DADDY crossed a $200 million market cap soon after its launch. The crypto community has shared different opinions about Andrew Tate supporting $DADDY. He holds around 40% of the tokens, valued at about $78 million at the time of writing. He mentioned he would burn the tokens once their total worth crosses $100 million.
$DADDY has received mixed reactions. Some believe it will go to zero, but Andrew Tate defended the coin, saying, “Keep fudding. Burning 100M, then buying M’s with my personal Solana. I’m taking over.”
Many people support Andrew Tate’s new approach of promoting and then burning coins. One user mentioned that if $DADDY flips $MOTHER, they might throw up because their tokens are now worth over $1 million. Influencers like Pauly0x have also shown support for $DADDY.
